Laura’s Yogic Journey
Laura Marie Anderson Morledge, also known by her spiritual name as Preet HarDeva Kaur, is an accomplished Level 2 KRI-certified Kundalini Instructor with a profound dedication to guiding others on their yogic journeys. Her experience in yoga spans over three decades, marking a transformative pathway of studying, practicing, and teaching.
Early Introduction to Yoga
Laura’s yoga journey began in 1991 when she engaged in Vinyasa Flow yoga. At this time, she was a dedicated daily 10k runner and competitive power lifter. Touching the floor was not one of her skills but found the prospect of being able to do this intriguing. This dynamic style introduced her to the physical and mental benefits of consistent practice, sparking her lifelong passion for health, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
Exploring LifeForce Yoga
Continuing her education, Laura studied LifeForce Yoga with Amy Weintraub, which deepened her understanding of yoga as an emotionally healing and therapeutic practice. These studies enhanced her ability to support mental and emotional well-being.
Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance
She also has achieved significant professional milestones, earning her 200-hour E-RYT and advanced 500-hour RYT certifications. These achievements demonstrated her mastery of yoga principles and her dedication to advancing her expertise.
Kundalini Yoga – The Royal, Raja, Yoga
She discovered Kundalini Yoga after years of searching for a practice that resonated deeply with her spiritual aspirations. Kundalini Yoga, with its focus on awakening energy and elevating consciousness, became her spiritual cornerstone. Here, Laura found tools to align mind, body, and soul—creating pathways to joy, peace, and love.
As a Level 2 KRI-certified Kundalini Instructor, Laura shares her wisdom with students from diverse backgrounds. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes helping individuals find their unique paths through Kundalini Yoga, guiding them toward peaceful meditation, a connection with their higher selves, and the Divine. Laura approaches her teaching with joy and gratitude, cherishing the privilege of supporting others in their transformative journeys.
Her classes are vibrant, often filled with laughter, compassionate, and insightful, embodying her unwavering commitment to uplifting the human spirit. Laura’s devotion extends to aiding her students in developing new neural pathways for emotional resilience and enduring well-being.
